He is a young executive, and she is an artist on the brink of an exciting career. But as they settle into the routine of their life together, they are ripped apart by circumstances neither could have imagined. LexRAP Volunteer Opportunity
Tuesday, March 19 – various times
LNN is providing the volunteers for LexRAP’s monthly lunch program “Building Bridges One Meal at a Time”. LexRAP is a Lexington-based non-profit organization helping refugees to settle in the U.S. and become productive and well-adjusted members of the community. LexRAP’s monthly meal program offers a healthy meal and gives the refugees an opportunity to practice their English and to connect with one another.
Volunteers are needed to help prepare the lunch (9-10:45am in Lexington) and go to Lowell to deliver and share the meal (10:45-1pm). You can volunteer to do both, or just one of those tasks. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community along with your LNN friends!
